Brian Rashid Global’s 2019 Fulbright Specialist project will empower orphans living in the Dominican Republic with the digital tools needed to succeed in modern-day business.
As the CEO of a bilingual branding and marketing agency based in New York City, Brian is going to use the power of video and digital content to highlight some of the Dominican Republic’s top entrepreneurs, causes, organizations, and public figures.
Under BRG’s direction, these stories will be produced and edited by children and teens living in orphanages.
This video content will be made available to the participants featured for their social media and websites.
The New York City Dominican Film Festival has agreed to feature our behind-the-scenes documentary of the process for a live viewing during their 2019 activities.
The ultimate long-term goal is to empower this original team of orphan children with the tools and resources to replicate this same training program throughout other orphanages across the Dominican Republic, and eventually the globe.
